The condition of the vehicles must be determined on-site by inspecting them personally. The seller, selling items under court orders, does not guarantee quality except when defects were known.
Purchased goods are not accepted back and cannot be exchanged; no warranty is provided.
Vehicles with specially installed hidden compartments will be handed over to the auction winner without registration documents and license plates required for removing the compartments. After removing the compartments, the buyer must submit a customs declaration certifying their removal, photos, and if necessary, personally inspect the vehicle at a location acceptable to Customs. It is recommended to submit general images of the vehicle, photos proving the compartment has been removed, and documentation on the method of removal.
