Customs does not provide quality certification documents or certificates, nor packaging or loading services. The auction winner bears all loading work costs and transportation expenses for purchased goods - the winner must load and remove timber themselves with their own equipment and transport.

According to Article 6.333, Section 8 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, when items are sold under court orders, the seller does not guarantee quality, and the buyer cannot rely on the fact that the seller sold an item of unsuitable quality, except in cases where defects were known. The acquired product is non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and carries no warranty.
