In accordance with Article 6.333 (8) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, goods are sold in execution of court decisions; therefore, the seller does not guarantee their quality, and the buyer cannot claim that the seller sold defective goods unless they knew about the defects at the time of sale. Items acquired cannot be returned or exchanged, and no warranty is provided.

Payment of the difference between the purchase price and the deposit must be made within 5 business days from the end of the auction. The winner must also sign the Non-EU Goods Handover Act and collect the goods within 3 business days from payment.
