LTG Cargo is selling 21 units of non-cut freight wagons via auction. These wagons do not have wheels or other details specified in the contract. The total preliminary weight of the wagons being sold is approximately 635 tonnes.
The buyer must return the wheels and all parts listed in Appendix No. 5 of the contract to the seller.
The wagons will be transported within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania to the location specified by the buyer. Please note that CONTRACTS WILL BE SIGNED WITH AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE.
After signing the handover-acceptance act, the rolling stock sold at the auction will be deregistered from the Automated Freight Wagons Database (ABD PV), making their operation according to purpose impossible. The buyer must comply with all conditions specified in the draft contract, which can be viewed at the address indicated.
The starting price is 152400 EUR, and the guarantee fee that participants must pay is 2000 EUR. The price is stated excluding VAT. Participants wishing to register must submit a document proving payment of the auction participant's monetary contribution and documents confirming that the participant is not being liquidated or restructured.
