LTG Cargo, a joint-stock company, is organizing a public secondary asset sale via auction. The auction sells 22 units of Ref freight cars without wheels and without parts specified in the contract. The total preliminary weight of the cars is approximately 673 tonnes. This is another property auction.
The starting price for these cars is set at 161520 EUR. The sale price is stated excluding VAT.
The seller guarantees that the cars will be transported within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania to the location indicated by the Buyer. A key condition for the Buyer is the obligation to return wheels and all parts specified in Appendix No. 5 of the contract to the seller (AB "LTG Cargo").
Contracts with the winner will be signed using an electronic signature. Participants wishing to take part in the auction must submit documents proving payment of the Auction Participant's cash contribution, as well as documents confirming that the participant is not being liquidated or restructured, no bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated against them, or this process is not being conducted outside court order. Participants registered in the Republic of Lithuania Legal Entities Register may not provide requirements from points 2-3 of these conditions, as the information will be checked publicly.
After signing the transfer-receipt act, the cars sold at the auction will be deregistered from the Automated Data Base for Freight Cars (ABD PV), making their use according to purpose impossible.
