We are selling 18,000 kg of sand packaged in paper rolls via the Customs Department. This asset is offered at a starting price of 131 EUR. The auction will run from 2024-08-28 09:00:00 until 2024-08-29 13:59:59.

The condition of the goods must be verified upon arrival and inspection at the location. The Customs Department does not provide any quality certificates or loading/packing services. The auction winner is responsible for all loading operations, equipment, and transportation costs – purchased assets are loaded and removed at their own expense.
Lithuanian Civil Code provisions apply to the goods sold, valid when selling items under court enforcement orders: the seller does not guarantee quality, except in cases where defects were known. Purchased goods cannot be returned or exchanged and no warranty is provided.
A registration fee of 5 EUR and a deposit of 130 EUR must be paid. The deposit is deducted from the final sale price. Any difference between purchase prices must be paid within 5 business days from the end of the auction. The winner must sign a Non-EU Goods Transfer Act within 3 business days after payment and take possession of the goods.
Inspection: The item can be inspected at Janonio g. 4, Panevėžys, in the AB „Lietkabelis“ teritorijoje area. Inspection times must be arranged at least one working day in advance by phone.
