Transportation within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania will be to the location indicated by the Buyer. An important condition for the Buyer is the commitment to return axles and all parts listed in Appendix No. 5 of the contract to the seller.
All contracts at this auction will be signed with an electronic signature. The purchase price is stated without VAT. The mandatory guarantee fee is 1500 EUR. This deposit must be transferred to account LT577300010157259989.
Participants wishing to participate in the auction must submit documents proving payment of the Auction Participant's monetary deposit and certify that they are not being liquidated, restructured, or that bankruptcy proceedings have not been initiated against them (except for those registered in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania – their data will be checked publicly).
