We are selling 21,000 kg of wooden crates at a public auction. This is classified as Primary object of other auctions. The goods are sold in existing condition, registered in Latin letters, and conditions require the buyer to register, pay registration and deposit fees.
General information about the items: wooden crates are stored outdoors. Customs does not provide documents certifying product quality, certificates, packaging or loading services. The buyer is responsible for all loading work and transportation costs, including loading and removal by their own effort and transport.
Please note the sales conditions stipulated in Article 6.333, paragraph 8 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, as items are sold according to court decision procedures. This means the seller does not guarantee product quality except where defects were known. Purchased goods are not accepted back and cannot be exchanged; no warranty is provided.
Auction participants must have an EU EORI code. The winning bidder must pay the full price within 5 working days from the end of the auction. Failure to meet deadlines results in losing rights to the goods and may require compensation for new auction organization costs and price differences.
