According to Article 6.333 Section 8 of the Civil Code, items are sold when executing court decisions; therefore, the seller does not guarantee quality, except in cases where they were aware of defects. Purchased goods cannot be returned or exchanged and receive no warranty.
The auction participant registration fee is 5 EUR, and the security deposit is 200 EUR. These amounts must be paid via bank transfer to the Customs Department of the Ministry of Finance account. The auction winner must have an EORI code. The security deposit is included in the goods sale price.
