We are selling 36 units of automotive catalytic converters with a total weight of 25,07 kg. The starting price for the auction is 1186 EUR. The converters are sold only as a full lot, in factory packaging and placed in steel inserts. The condition must be verified by the buyer upon inspecting the property on-site, and no warranty or return policy is provided, in accordance with Article 6.333, Section 8 of the Civil Code, as items are sold under court execution proceedings.
The auction will take place online. The winning bidder must hold a valid Economic Activity Operators Registration and Identification (EORI) code.
The winner must pay part of the price and a guarantee deposit according to the provided invoice within 5 business days after the auction ends. If payment agreement is not reached or the Transfer Act is not signed within the set time (3 business days from invoice payment), the guarantee deposit will not be refunded, and the buyer loses the right to the goods and may be required to cover costs of a new auction and the price difference.
Inspection of the goods will take place on December 16, 2024 at 09:00 at Janonio g. 4, Panevezys. Entry into the territory is possible only with Customs representatives, entering from Pusialoto street.
Participation in the auction requires registration in the State Register of Waste Management Operators of the Republic of Lithuania.
