The condition of the electronic parts must be determined by the auction participant during an on-site inspection. Buyers should be aware that items are sold according to a procedure established for enforcing court decisions; therefore, the seller does not guarantee their quality, except in cases where the seller was aware of defects. Purchased goods cannot be returned, exchanged, or covered by any warranty.
Participants wishing to acquire this property must have a valid Economic Activity Operator Registration and Identification (EORI) code. Information on how to obtain an EORI code is available on the Customs Department website.
The starting price for this shipment at the auction is 2666 EUR. An additional registration fee of 15 EUR applies, as well as a guarantee deposit of 2000 EUR, which will be deducted from the sale price paid by the winner.
