AB "Kauno energija" sells approximately 500 tonnes of metal pipes insulated with thermal insulation material via a public electronic auction in Kaunas, Jėgainės g. 12. The starting auction price is 55000 EUR. Please note that the actual quantity (weight) may vary by up to 10 percent from the declared 500.00 tonnes. Actual weight will be determined on-site using the Seller's scales, weighing the vehicle empty and loaded with the property. Any excess up to 10 percent is sold at the buyer's offered auction price without separate agreement.
Metal scrap (waste code 17 04 05) must be removed urgently within 20 calendar days from the date of signing the sales contract. The auction winner must pay the full metal scrap price excluding VAT as an advance within 3 working days after signing the contract, not including the paid Deposit. Removal is possible only after signing the contract and paying the full amount.
Only legal entities registered under Lithuanian laws may participate in this auction, without outstanding restructuring or bankruptcy proceedings and without debts to the state budget.
