We are selling used asphalt granules (approx. 137 tons) starting at a bid of 1100 EUR. This item is classified as construction materials in the initial auction listings.
The quantity listed is approximate; therefore, bidders are invited to verify the actual amount during the inspection. The winning bidder has the right to weigh the purchased goods using metrologically verified scales and submit weighing acts to the organizer.
In case of a discrepancy in quantity, a proportional correction applies: if the actual amount is lower, funds for the missing portion are refunded proportionally to the price per ton offered by the winner. If the actual amount is higher, the winner must pay for the additional quantity at their chosen price per ton.
The auction starts on 2025-09-03 09:00:00 and ends on 2025-09-04 13:59:59. Registration is open from 2025-08-27 00:00:00 until 2025-08-29 23:59:59. A security deposit of 50 EUR must be paid before registration.
Seller AB "Via Lietuva" does not accept responsibility for the quality of the purchased goods and does not accept complaints. Payment for acquired goods is made exclusively via bank transfer within 3 business days after the auction ends. Acquired goods must be removed using the winner's funds and own transport within 20 business days from the date of receiving the handover act.
Property inspection will take place at Aušrinės g. 2, Iždonų k., Pagrybis on August 25-27, 2025, between 9:00 and 15:00, by prior agreement.
