A full production line designed for manufacturing magnesium sulfate heptahydrate (MgSO4*7H2O). The equipment covers the entire technological process, starting from raw material preparation up to final product packaging. Included machinery features mills for serpentinite and brucite, a sand separator, technical sulfur storage tanks, vacuum and press filters, composite and metal tanks, an evaporation system (columns, heat exchangers, water condensers, condensate collectors), automation and control equipment, plate heat exchangers, a steam boiler house, a water vacuum pump, coolers, and a water filtration system. Material handling and packaging systems include screw conveyors, serpentinite and auger conveyors, big bag loading frames, a big bag filling unit, and a palletizing line for stacked bags. The setup also includes supporting frame structures, pipelines, valves, temperature sensors, magnesium hydroxide drying equipment, compressors, electrical installation, laboratory equipment, furniture, computer hardware, and an electric vehicle charging station, among other auxiliary machinery.
