For sale: 13,310 kg of expanded clay (keramzite) granules. The item is sold as-is. Customs will not provide quality certificates, packaging, or loading services. The keramzite is sold without pallets. The condition must be assessed by inspection. Acquired goods are non-returnable and carry no buyer guarantees. The seller is not obliged to ensure quality according to Article 6.333 (8) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, unless the seller was aware of the defects. What is the starting price and what fees are required for registration?
The starting price is 484 EUR. The guarantee deposit is 400 EUR. The participant registration fee is 5 EUR.
Where and how can the expanded clay granules be inspected?
Inspection takes place at Ugniagesių g. 14, Vilnius (UAB Logispace teritorija) on working days until the registration deadline. The inspection time must be agreed upon at least one working day in advance; inspections will not be permitted without prior arrangement.
Does Customs provide packaging or loading services?
No. Customs does not provide packaging, loading, or transportation services. The keramzite is sold without pallets; the winner must arrange for loading and removal themselves.
What are the payment terms after the auction?
The guarantee deposit is included in the purchase price. The remaining purchase amount must be paid within 5 working days from the end of the auction to the Customs Department account. After payment, the winner must sign the Non-Union Goods Transfer Act and take possession of the goods within 3 working days.
Is there a quality guarantee for the sale, and is an EORI code required?
The goods are sold without quality guarantees; Customs does not provide quality certificates (Civil Code Art. 6.333 (8)). The auction winner must have an EORI (Economic Operators Registration and Identification) code.
