Auction of 421 Fuel Level Gauges and 50 Angle Gauges in Panevėžys Starting at 5929 EUR

For sale are 421 units of fuel level gauges and 50 units of angle gauges. The actual condition of the goods must be determined upon inspection at the site. Purchased goods must be exported from the Union customs territory under the transit procedure. The starting price is 5929 EUR. The guarantee deposit is 600 EUR, and the registration fee is 15 EUR. The participant registration fee and the guarantee deposit must be paid to the account of the Muitinės departamentas prie Lietuvos Respublikos finansų ministerijos (IBAN LT504040063610000227, bank code 40400), stating the auction number and participant details in the payment description. The auction winner must possess an EORI code. The winner's guarantee deposit is credited toward the final sale price. The difference between the purchase price and the guarantee deposit must be paid within 5 working days from the end of the auction based on the invoice provided by customs. Within 3 working days after paying the invoice, the winner must sign the Non-Union Goods Transfer Act and take possession of the items. Failure by the winner to adhere to the payment or transfer act signing deadlines may result in forfeiture of the right to the acquired goods and the guarantee deposit will not be refunded. The guarantee deposit and registration fee will be returned to unsuccessful bidders within 5 working days after the auction concludes.
