The winning bidder confirms they have reviewed the draft purchase agreement (available at https://altra.lt/veikla/aukcionai/), inspected the asset to assess its composition, actual condition, and loading circumstances prior to the auction. Scheduling an inspection time with a VĮ IAE representative in advance is mandatory. The buyer assumes full responsibility for all removal and loading operations using their own equipment and transport. A security deposit of 5 000 EUR is required; this amount will be credited towards the final purchase price for the winner. Final payment must be made via bank transfer within 5 working days after the auction concludes. Removal of the asset must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date of full payment. If the asset is not collected on time, a daily storage fee applies: 3% of the purchase price per day (minimum 10 EUR per day).
