The Vilnius City Municipality announces a public lease competition for a commercial pavilion measuring 29 square meters located on A. Vienuolio Street in Vilnius. All engineering facilities necessary for the operation of the pavilion (heating, cooling, electricity) must be integrated or concealed within the pavilion structure or interior. Additionally, gutters must be cleaned regularly, and a waste bin with ashpan must be installed, cleaned and maintained near the main entrance, no further than 3 meters away. When selling food, a waste bin with capacity of not less than 120 liters must be located at the entrance.
Property viewing can take place from February 19, 2026 until March 2, 2026 on weekdays between 9:00 and 15:00. Registration is mandatory for viewing times. The registration fee for participants amounts to 20 EUR.
