AB "Lietuvos geležinkeliai" is auctioning approximately 23 tonnes of rail scrap metal located in Radviliškis. Detailed sales conditions are provided in the draft agreement. We recommend inspecting the scrap metal in person before bidding.
To participate, bidders must submit proof of payment for the auction deposit, a digital copy of their registration confirmation from the State Register of Waste Managers, and digital copies of documents confirming they are not undergoing liquidation, restructuring, or bankruptcy proceedings. If the bidder is registered in the Lithuanian Republic's Register of Legal Entities, documents for points 2 and 3 are not required as the information will be checked in publicly accessible databases.
The guarantee deposit of 200 EUR is payable to AB "Lietuvos geležinkeliai" account LT92 7044 0600 0767 4537. Prices exclude VAT.
