The chipper is worn out, unused, and not suitable for operation. Its technical condition is poor; it may only be suitable for parts or scrap metal. To participate in a specific electronic auction, bidders must transfer the required amount to VMU's bank account as indicated in the auction notice:
1) If the starting price of the item is over 1000 Eur: a registration fee of 20 Eur and a security deposit of 10% of the starting price.
2) If the starting price of the item is not over 1000 Eur: a registration fee of 20 Eur and a security deposit of 40 Eur.

VMU reserves the right to refuse bidder registration if the auction number is not provided. An auction is considered valid only if 2 or more participants register. The bidder registration fee is not included in the purchase price and is only refunded if the auction does not take place or if the bidder is not registered on the auction portal. If the bidder does not win or the auction is canceled, the security deposit will be refunded within 5 business days of submitting a request.
