To register, you must pay a participant registration fee of 20 Eur and a guarantee deposit of 40 Eur to the bank account of the State Enterprise State Forest Management Centre. It is mandatory to include the auction number in the payment description. Failure to do so may result in registration not being confirmed. The auction is considered valid if at least 2 participants register.
The auction winner will receive a proforma invoice for the remaining payment. Payment is due only after receiving the invoice. The participant registration fee is non-refundable and will be returned if the auction does not proceed or if the participant fails to register on the portal. The guarantee deposit will be applied to the purchase price for the auction winner. For unsuccessful bidders or if the auction is cancelled, the deposit will be returned within 5 business days.
