Payment terms:
The auction participant's guarantee deposit (200 EUR) and registration fee (20 EUR) must be paid to the UAB Klaipėdos regiono atliekų tvarkymo centro banko sąskaitą (LT704010042300356644, Luminor Bank As Lietuvos skyrius) before submitting registration documents for the auction. The payment purpose and auction number must be included in the transfer. A copy of the transfer must be provided during registration.
The buyer must collect the property at their own expense within 2 weeks of the payment date. The seller reserves the right to charge a storage fee of 1 percent of the acquired property's value per day if the property is not collected on time.
