4. Regular and proper cleaning of graffiti from the pavilion.
5. Installation, cleaning, and maintenance of a trash bin with an ashtray no more than 3 meters from the main entrance. If food is being sold, a trash bin with a capacity of at least 120 liters must be installed within 3 meters of the access points.
Payment terms include an initial deposit equal to 3 months' rent, which remains with the lessor as a guarantee of contract fulfillment and is returned upon the contract's expiration if the tenant has fulfilled the conditions properly. The winning bidder, after increasing the rent price, must supplement the initial deposit up to the amount of 3 months' rent at the winning bid price. Deposits for unsuccessful participants will be returned within 5 business days.
