UAB "LTG Link" is selling 3 uncut rail wagons via auction. These wagons come without wheelsets and with specific parts missing as detailed in the contract. Their estimated weight is approximately 85.6 tonnes. The seller will transport the wagons within the Republic of Lithuania to the location specified by the buyer. The buyer is obligated to return the wheelsets and the parts listed in contract appendix No. 5 to the seller.
The seller will cover the cost of transporting the wagons up to 100 km to stations operating within Lithuania. The return of parts will also be handled at the seller's expense. Contracts will be signed using electronic signatures.
Participants must submit the following documents: 1. Proof of payment for the auction participation deposit. 2. Documents confirming that the participant is not undergoing liquidation, restructuring, or bankruptcy proceedings (out-of-court or otherwise). Participants registered in the Lithuanian Register of Legal Entities do not need to submit these documents, as the information will be verified through publicly accessible databases.

Once the transfer-acceptance act is signed, the rolling stock sold at the auction will be deregistered from the Automated Wagon Database (ABD PV). This will make their operation for their intended purpose impossible.
