UAB "Kauno vandenys" is selling property owned by the company via an electronic auction: 50 tons of ferrous scrap metal (cast iron and steel, code 20 01 40).
Participation in the auction is open to:
1. Companies holding a waste management license.
2. Economic entities registered in the State Register of Waste Handlers (ATVR) for activities including collection, transport, storage, and utilization.
3. If an auction participant acts as an intermediary, a guarantee letter from a scrap metal handler with whom a contract is in place must be submitted. The final handler must comply with points 1 and 2.
The auction winner will sign a contract (or a tripartite contract in the case of point 3). The waste handler must register this contract in the GPAIS system.
The transport and accounting of scrap metal comply with the orders of the Minister of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania dated December 20, 2013, No. D1-976 and February 11, 2016, No. D1-96.
