📝 Description
UAB "LTG Link" is auctioning approximately 20 tons of mixed scrap metal in Vilnius. The exact quantity and weight will be determined by actual weighing.
To participate in the auction, bidders must meet the following requirements:
1. Pay the Auction Participant's monetary deposit.
2. Be registered in the State Register of Waste Management Operators (a digital copy of the document must be submitted).
3. Not be undergoing liquidation, restructuring, bankruptcy proceedings, or out-of-court bankruptcy proceedings (a digital copy of the document must be submitted).
Participants registered in the Lithuanian Register of Legal Entities are not required to submit documents confirming compliance with points 2 and 3, as information will be checked in publicly available databases.
