After payment, the Customs Department contacts the Prosecutor General's Office to lift the restriction. Once the restriction is lifted, the buyer applies to AB „Regitra“ to declare ownership by submitting a declaration of acquisition without an SDK. Vehicle registration is possible only after fulfilling all registration conditions set by legal acts. The buyer is responsible for fulfilling all necessary registration conditions. Note that vehicle registration may not be possible if their technical condition does not meet mandatory technical inspection requirements.
