The Vilnius City Municipality announces an online rental competition for 35.40 square meter premises intended for trade and/or service activities, located in the underground passage in Vilnius at Konstitucijos pr. 3A, marked with index R-18. These premises are offered for a five-year rental period.
The initial rental price is set at 276 EUR per month. An initial deposit of 828 EUR (equal to three months rent) also applies, which will remain with the landlord as security if the tenant fulfills contract terms properly and will be returned upon termination of the lease. VAT does not apply to the rental.
Registration for the online rental competition takes place from 2024-06-20 00:00:00 until 2024-06-21 23:59:59. The auction (competition) itself will start on 2024-06-27 09:00:00 and end on 2024-06-28 13:59:59. Registered participants must pay a 20 EUR registration fee to participate.
Strict requirements for submitting competition documents must be followed. Participants must submit a commitment to sign a sample premises lease agreement approved by the Vilnius City Council decision and agree to the published rental competition conditions. A reputation assessment questionnaire, documents proving payment of taxes and social insurance contributions must also be submitted.
Premises viewing is organized on weekdays from June 10 to June 20, 2024, between 9:00 and 15:00. Prior registration for a specific viewing time is required.
