Please note that although the premises are not registered in the Cultural Values Register, they fall within the Šnipiškiai district known as Skansenas (unique code - 12599) and the visual protection zone of Vilnius Old Town (unique code - 16073). Due to this location, the use, maintenance, and construction (repair, reconstruction) works in the property are regulated by the Law on Protection of Immovable Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Lithuania and other relevant legal acts.

The immovable property is sold in its current physical and functional condition, taking into account existing cadastre data, which may not reflect the actual situation. The Vilnius City Municipality does not commit to updating the factual state of immovable property cadastre data before the sale. The purchase-sale agreement with the auction winner must be signed within 30 days from the day of the auction, and the full price must be paid no later than within 10 days after signing the contract.

The auction is organized by the Vilnius City Municipality Administration. The initial sales price is 51000 EUR. A registration fee of 145 EUR is calculated on top of this price, and a Guarantee Fee of 5100 EUR must be paid to participate in the auction.
