Administrative Power Supply Facilities for Rent in Vilnius, Gedimino pr. 40, Auction from 1317 EUR/month ex VAT

The Supreme Court of Lithuania is conducting an electronic public auction to lease long-term administrative premises adapted for power supply services, equipped and located in Vilnius city center at Gedimino pr. 40. Total area available for rent reaches 169,68 sqm. The premises include a complex with cadastral indices: 1-33, 1-34, 1-35, 1-43, 1-99, 1-100, 1-101, 1-102, 1-103, 1-35a, 1-36a, 1-37a, 1-38a. The main intended use of the premises is administrative. The auction object for long-term tangible assets is associated with unique number 1089-8000-2010:0001, located in a building with cadastral file No. 11569 and index 3B3p. Additionally, long-term and short-term tangible assets located in these premises are also available for rent.

The initial rental fee amount is set at 1 317 Eur per month, excluding value-added tax (VAT), as the lessor is not a VAT payer. Auction participants must pay an advance deposit equal to three months of rental fees, i.e., 3 951 Eur. This deposit must be transferred to the Supreme Court of Lithuania account (LT26 4040 0636 1000 1823 VIKSVA) before registration begins, specifying the auction number in the payment reference.

The rental auction will be open from 2025-08-14 09:00:00 to 2025-08-18 13:59:59. Inspection of the administrative premises is available from 2025-07-28 to 2025-08-01 inclusive, daily from 14:00 to 17:00, upon scheduling in advance.
