VšĮ „Active Vilnius“ is holding a public tender for the rental of 4 sqm of non-residential space. This area, designated as 1-2 on the floor plan, is located in the corridor of the swimming pool building (unique ID: 4400-4920-2753) at Vėtrungių g. 45A, Vilnius. The space is intended for placing at least one coffee machine and one snack vending machine.

1. 5. The tenant must provide copies of the machines' technical passports and a justified calculation of monthly electricity consumption for invoicing purposes.
6. The tenant is responsible for the technical condition of the machines, their safe operation, and ensuring the products meet food safety and hygiene standards.
7. Each rented space at the specified address is leased to only one tenant.
8. The tenant must ensure:
8.1. cleanliness and tidiness of the area around the machines, regular cleaning, and the presence of a waste bin.
8.2. customers have options for sugar quantity (more, less, no sugar).
8.3. machines can provide change.
8.4. machines are equipped with a bank card payment function.
8.5. a varied product range in the machines that aligns with healthy eating recommendations.
